Ensure you have the phone number associated with your business so that you can receive the verification code (OTP). In case you do not have access to the phone number ensure you have access to the business email id associated with business profile.


Once you have the required information, click on the verification mechanism. If you have access to neither the phone number nor the email id then click on "All the contact details are not correct" and provide the new phone number and email and an additional proof indicating you work for or own the business.
