Get customers at your convenience. Three main factors affect the kinds of customer requests you receive on Vconnect: your service preferences, the locations you serve, and your availability.
Whether you’re getting too many customer requests or not quite enough, selecting the right service preferences can help. For some service types (each one is different), you can set advanced preferences based on specific request details. For example, generator repairers can choose to only receive leads for a specific type of fuel (diesel or petrol generators) and generators of specific KVAs (eg. 500 KVA only). Focus on what you do best. Just because you could complete a job doesn’t mean you should always quote. Ask yourself, from the customer’s perspective, are you well qualified?
